1. Quotes and prices

The price shown by our online quote builder is an estimate based on the information you provide. It is not a contract. We confirm the final price after we have seen the property, and we will always tell you before the clean begins — never after it has finished. If the property is materially different from your description, we may adjust the price or, with your agreement, reduce the scope.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking exists once we have confirmed a date and time with you in writing (WhatsApp counts). Until then, the slot is not held.

3. Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and there is no charge. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if we cannot access the property at the agreed time, we may charge 50% of the booking value to cover the lost slot.

4. Access

You are responsible for providing access — a key, a code, or someone to open the door — and for telling us about anything we need to know: alarms, pets, parking restrictions, fragile items, or areas we should not enter.

5. Our re-clean promise

If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, tell us within 72 hours of the visit. We will return and re-clean that area at no charge. This is our sole remedy for dissatisfaction with cleaning quality; we do not offer refunds in place of a re-clean.

6. Insurance and liability

We hold public liability insurance. If we damage something through our negligence, tell us within 24 hours so we can inspect it and put it right. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that were not disclosed as fragile. Our liability is limited to the value of the insurance cover in place.

7. Payment

Payment is due after the clean, by bank transfer or card, unless we have agreed invoice terms with you in writing. Commercial clients are invoiced on 14-day terms. We may charge statutory interest on late commercial payments.

8. What we do not do

Our teams will not move heavy furniture, climb above three metres, handle biohazardous waste, or clean areas that present a health and safety risk. If in doubt, ask us before booking.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
