If your agent or landlord isn't satisfied with something we've cleaned, tell us within 72 hours and we'll come back and put it right at no charge.
What's included
Every visit covers the following as standard. Anything extra, just add it to your quote.
- Oven degreased inside, including racks and trays
- All cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and out
- Fridge and freezer emptied, defrosted and cleaned
- Full bathroom descale — tiles, screens, taps, grout
- Interior windows, sills, tracks and door frames
- Carpets vacuumed, hard floors washed, bins emptied
Common questions
No honest cleaner can guarantee that — deposits can also be withheld for damage or unpaid rent. What we guarantee is the cleaning: if the agent flags anything we cleaned, we return free within 72 hours.
Ideally yes — empty and with utilities still connected. We can work around some furniture, but an empty property gets a better result and a faster clean.
Carpets are vacuumed as standard. Steam cleaning is an optional extra of £55, which many agents ask for — add it in the quote builder to see the updated price.
