Short-let cleaning is a logistics problem disguised as a cleaning job. The window is short, the standard is public, and one bad review about a hair in the shower costs more than a year of cleaning fees.
So we build a checklist per property, work the same route every time, and send you dated photos of every room when we leave. If a guest has left damage or something is missing, you hear it from us before you hear it from the next guest.
What's included
Every visit covers the following as standard. Anything extra, just add it to your quote.
- Full clean between guests — kitchen, bathrooms, all rooms
- Bed linen and towels changed and beds made hotel-style
- Consumables restocked — paper, soap, coffee, tea
- Property staged and photographed for the next check-in
- Damage, breakages and left-behind items reported same day
- Bins emptied and rubbish taken out
Common questions
Almost always. Standard 10am–3pm windows are our normal working pattern. Tell us the property and we'll confirm honestly whether we can cover it, rather than accepting and letting you down.
Two ways. We can wash and dry on site if there's a machine, or take linen away and return it laundered on the next turnaround. Add either in the quote builder — the price updates as you go.
We photograph it, message you immediately, and give you an honest estimate for the extra hours before we start. We never quietly do the extra work and invoice you for it afterwards.
