A commercial clean is judged in the first ten seconds someone walks in. We build a scope around your premises, agree a fixed price per visit, and turn up on the same days at the same times — so your team never has to think about it.
Out-of-hours and weekend visits are standard, not a surcharge. We can hold keys, work to your access procedures, and provide our public liability certificate for your records.
What's included
Every visit covers the following as standard. Anything extra, just add it to your quote.
- Desks, worktops and communal surfaces sanitised
- Washrooms cleaned, restocked and sanitised
- Kitchens and break areas, including appliance exteriors
- Floors vacuumed, mopped and spot-treated
- Waste and recycling collected and re-lined
- Reception, glass doors and entrance areas
Common questions
Yes, and most of our commercial clients prefer it. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are all available at no premium.
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and can send the certificate before your first visit. All staff are background-checked and uniformed.
No lock-in. We work on a rolling monthly basis — 30 days' notice either way. Most clients stay because the work speaks for itself.
